Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Additionally included in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
More materials released as part of the continuing investigative process.
